LOTO Powerfest Boat Races 2023 - Thur - Saturday, June 1 - 3

Formerly known as the Lake Race, the LOTO Powerfest Boat Races is sanctioned by the Offshore Powerboat Association and APBA LOTO Powerfest. This event attracts the fastest and most powerful boats from around the world to compete here at the lake. Note below the times and dates for the various events of this exciting weekend!
June 1: Racers Meet & Greet at Horseshoe Bend Bar & Grill - 6 pm to 8 pm
June 2: Street Party at Shady Gators & Camden on the Lake - 5 pm to 8 pm
June 3: Race Day at Shady Gators & Camden on the Lake - 11 am to 5 pm
June 3: Awards Ceremony at Encore Lakeside Grill & Sky Bar - 7 pm
Race location will be at the 7 Mile Marker in front of Shady Gators and Camden on the Lake.

Great Shootout Treasure Hunt - Saturday, June 3
Captain Ron's Bar & Grill - 85 Aloha Lane, Sunrise Beach - 5 pm
Tickets are $25 at the gate, $20 if purchased before the event online.
Tap into your inner pirate and join pirates of all ages to dig through the sands of Cannonball Beach to search for hundreds of treasure chests filled with prizes. All proceeds benefit the Laurie-Sunrise Beach Rotary Club to help local kids. Grand prize is a Hammerhead Mudhead Off-Road Go Cart from Surdyke Yamaha. Free ice cream and social hour, free Lake Expo tee shirts. Digging begins at 6 pm.

Run What Ya Brung Poker Run - Sunday, June 4
Captain Ron's Bar & Grill - 82 Aloha Lane, Sunrise Beach - 9am - 5 pm - Registration $200
Registration fee includes your boat, one poker hand and a t-shirt. You can purchase more t-shirts and poker hands. All proceeds to go benefit Jessica & Malaica Brazil Foundation in support of kids in foster care as they age out of the system.
Stops include Nautifish, Larry's on the Lake, Paradise, Redhead, End: Dog Days at 5pm.
